Today I am going to talk about one of the titans for the technology companies, Google. In Bloomberg we can find a news about the new acquisition by Google.

The company in question is BeatThatQuote.com which helps people to compare different product such as loans, insurance and utilities. The price of the company was set at £37,7m.
We are in a special moment, everybody wants to join to the payment for digital content. With this acquisition Google aims to have a better image to do business in UK. His knowledge in the area of search engines will help to offer a better service.
Google is trying to offer every digital service as possible. Regarding to the music sector, the US giant is working in a program to compete with the bigs of this sector, Apple and the newest Spotify.

Not every new venture has been successful for Google, we have the example of the service of search property which allowed to the US, Australia, New Zealand, UK and Japan to find a house to buy our rent using Google's Street View. This service failed and it had to be closed.
It is very interesting how the companies are fighting trying to obtain the biggest piece of the cake. I think that during the next months we are going to see the possible counterattacks from competitors.
